Take a baking dish and pour in a little Toasted Sesame Oil. Add in a handful or two of chopped walnuts and mix the two together. Sprinkle on some sea salt and roast in the oven for 10 minutes at 350, or until your home starts to smell delicious! Let them cool, then add them to your salad for a flavorful treat. Afterwards, keep them in the fridge and bust them out whenever you need a little treat. These went over really well with our friends.

Tasty Salad Tip
Our family stands for reproductive rights. I promise you that someone you love was saved by an abortion. Abortion is a basic fundamental right and abortion is healthcare. Statistics in history prove that removing safe abortions has NEVER lessened the amount of them, it only kills women. Estimated 5,000 a year will die without access to safe abortions. As each state rips this basic human right from our hands more girls and women and non-cis men will have their lives threatened. This is not about saving fetuses, it is about controlling and punishing women. To join the fight, here are some things you can do: Support women candidates, support reproductive rights, donate to grassroots organizations like @plannedparenthood @prochoiceamerica @emilys_list volunteer to be an abortion escort, and speak out far and wide. Tell your story if you’re able, and lean on your sisters when you can’t

Meet the newest member of our family, Frankie Turnip Cole! Last Friday, @williedictionary, my mom, and I went to the @alexanimals shelter and this sweet two-year old Jack Russell terrier mix chose us as her parents. All I know is, WE FELL IN LOVE. Milo is a tricky guy so we waited to make sure this is the right fit for our family before sharing. I’ll share more in a video soon but for now, meet Frankie, our sweet little girl who even looks like she is Milo & Gracie’s sister. I really needed the joy she’s brought and I’m over the moon we did this
