Sometimes it gets to be too much and we feel anxious, overwhelmed, and a little lost. My girlfriend was having a rough day and I stumbled across this to send her. I don't love feeling gross and stressed so sometimes the instinct is to try to "fix it" when I do, but yeah, that feeling is information that can be useful if we take a minute to breathe into it and see what it's telling us. What fear is popping up to protect me? What negative thought-pattern do I need to work on changing? May the feeling inform us, then roll on by so we can change the world or at least watch our stories in peace. ✌🏼️
