How off is your sleep right now? If it’s all out-of-whack like mine I FEEL YOU. Our bodies are responding differently to this new level of stress and fear and self care isn’t always a face mask sometimes it’s a nap. I usually pass out before 10pm and arise at dawn because apparently now I’m my dad, but these last few weeks of being in a global pandemic (like, seriously this shit is cray) a combo of hyper vigilance  and anxiety has me UP at night and sleeping in longer. I feel weird about it but IT’S OKAY. Our bodies need what they need right now to process the global grief we are experiencing. Maybe my body needed to type that out to process it or maybe I’m just tired but either way I’m rolling into this weekend like this little Turnip.
